tl;dr: Pushin.eu is an invite-only Git hosting service being built by solo developer Peter Ullrich, hosted on bare-metal servers in Scaleway's Paris datacenters to keep code under EU jurisdiction and outside CLOUD Act reach. It offers GitHub-compatible APIs, SSH/HTTPS push-pull, and a `pun` CLI for migration, while pledging not to train AI on user code and planning reputation-based systems to filter low-quality "slop" contributions. Currently in beta, it's slated for general availability in early 2027 with pricing comparable to GitHub and GitLab.
